💰 Refund & Re-Order Policy

We aim to deliver your orders accurately, on time, and in perfect condition. However, if something goes wrong, we offer the following refund and re-order options.


🛠️ 1. Broken or Damaged Items

If your product arrives broken or damaged, you are eligible for:

  • ✅ A free re-order of the same item
    OR
  • 💵 A refund of 85% of the order amount

📸 You must provide clear photo or video evidence within 3 days of delivery.


🚚 2. Delivery Delayed More Than 15 Working Days

If your order is not delivered within 15 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), you are eligible for:

  • 💵 A 92% refund of the order amount

⚠️ An 8% deduction applies due to non-refundable payment gateway charges incurred in processing and refunding the transaction.


❌ 3. Customer-Initiated Order Cancellation

a) Immediately After Order Placement

  • 💵 You may cancel and claim an 85% refund of the total amount.

b) Cancellation Between 5 and 10 Days After Placing Order

  • 💵 You will receive a 70% refund of the total amount.

🛠️ Reason: Order may already be under manufacturing or procurement process, incurring costs that are non-recoverable.


🔁 4. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive a wrong product (different from what you ordered), you are eligible for:

  • ✅ A free re-order of the correct item
    OR
  • 💵 A 90% refund of the order amount
