By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Order Accuracy & Responsibility

  • You are fully responsible for reviewing your order (product, quantity, size, etc.) before making payment.
  • Once delivered, claims such as “this is not what I ordered” will only be considered under the Refund & Re-Order Policy below.

2. Payment & Charges

  • All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
  • Refunds may be subject to deductions for non-refundable payment gateway fees.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery may take up to 15 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Delays beyond this period are covered under the Refund & Re-Order Policy.

4. Refund & Re-Order Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction and provide the following options in case of issues:

🛠️ 4.1 Broken or Damaged Items

  • Free re-order of the same item OR
  • Refund of 85% of the order amount
  • Evidence (photo/video) must be provided within 3 days of delivery.

🚚 4.2 Delivery Delay Beyond 15 Working Days

  • Refund of 92% of the order amount
  • 8% is deducted due to non-refundable payment gateway charges.

❌ 4.3 Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Same Day / Immediately After Placing Order: 85% refund
  • Between 5 to 10 Days After Order: 70% refund
    (Reason: Order may already be in manufacturing or procurement stage, incurring costs)

🔁 4.4 Incorrect Item Received

  • Free re-order of the correct item OR
  • Refund of 90% of the order amount
  • Customer must notify us immediately with proof.

5. Legal Notice

  • Any attempt to misuse our refund system or file false claims may result in refusal of refunds and possible legal action.

6. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
  • Agree to the Refund & Re-Order Policy outlined above.
  • Accept responsibility for providing correct order details and shipping information.
